***Consumer Notice to Customers of the ACA Health Insurance Marketplace (www.Healthcare.gov)
IDOI is monitoring the recent announcement that Health Alliance is exiting the commercial market effective 1/1/26. Consumers with Health Alliance plans should be advised that no immediate action is needed as coverage remains uninterrupted through 12/31/25. The insurer will notify consumers about next steps depending on the plan type, and the Department will provide further information as it becomes available.
